Roadside Mowing Begins in Geneva County—Drivers Urged to Use Caution

GENEVA COUNTY, Ala. (WDNews) –


Road crews in Geneva County have started right-of-way mowing today, June 3, and the project is expected to last six to eight weeks.


The begins near the center of the county on County Road 41, then move eastward before looping back west. Officials say only paved county roads will be included in the operation.


Drivers are asked to use extra caution when approaching mowing equipment and tractors in operation. Crews will be working along roadways throughout the summer.
