Dothan, Ala. (WDNews) – Roadwork is set to begin Monday, June 16, at the intersection of Flowers Chapel Road and Woodburn Drive as crews make improvements to ease traffic flow.
Wiregrass Construction will install a new right turn lane and traffic signal at the intersection. The project is expected to be completed this fall.
During construction, traffic patterns may shift, and drivers could encounter flaggers or pilot cars guiding vehicles through the work zone. Minor shoulder disturbances and loose gravel may also be present in the area.
Motorists are encouraged to slow down, stay alert, and watch for workers along the roadway throughout the construction period.
