DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) — The City of Dothan is officially breaking ground on its new City Hall.
A special Groundbreaking Ceremony will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The event will be held in the former parking lot at the corner of West Main Street and North Oates Street, directly across from the Houston County Courthouse.
City officials are inviting the public to attend the event, though attendees should note that no on-site parking will be available. Instead, parking will be provided in four designated lots. A map with parking details has been shared by the city.
This marks a major step forward in Dothan’s long-term city facility improvements.
