Greenville, Ala. (WDNews) – A 21-year-old man from Greenville was killed Tuesday evening in an ATV crash in rural Butler County.
According to state troopers, the crash happened around 6:44 p.m. on June 10. Joshua Alexander Hasty was driving a 2020 Polaris Ranger when the vehicle veered off Hugley Bridge Road, struck an embankment, and flipped.
Officials say Hasty was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the ATV. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash took place about eight miles southeast of Greenville. Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division are continuing their investigation.
