ENTERPRISE, AL. (WDNews) On Friday, September 12, the 15th annual Food Truck Face-Off returns to Enterprise, bringing with it the Wiregrass’s most delicious competition.
The event, which is being hosted by Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, will begin at 5 p.m. and will raise money for the SOS Animal Shelter through family-friendly activities, live music, and popular food trucks.
Food trucks will vie for three titles: Irresistible Curb Appeal, which will award the truck with the finest design; Camera Eats First, which will recognize the food that is most Instagram-worthy; and The Ultimate Food Truck Champion, which will be determined by flavor, inventiveness, and presentation. The winners will be chosen by a group of well-known local judges.
Hit N Run by A&B, Lunchbox by Akilli, On The Go by Cubano, Grit in My Belly, Lytle Bay Meat Co., Naan Stop D ner, Old Hooks Food Coach, Grit + Grind Enterprise, The Purple Penguin, and Dixieland Kettle Corn are also on this year’s list. Families may play lawn games and enjoy entertainment from DJ Joe Love. The front of food truck lines will be open to on-duty first responders.
Mitchell CDJR will match donations, and 10% of all sales will be donated to the SOS Animal Shelter. The event has raised over $10,000 for the shelter since it began.
Chelsea Gieselmann, a chef and food influencer from Alabama; Dennis Chastang, the proprietor of The Craft Bar and Grill and The Social on Main; Eddie Byrd, the marketing director at Murphy Family Restaurants; and Sonya Wheeler Rich, a member of the Enterprise City Council, are among the judges for the 2025 face-off.
