Dothan, Ala. (WDNews) –
A Dothan teen is facing charges after police say he allegedly fired a gun outside a local movie theater Monday night.
According to Dothan Police, 18-year-old Jordan Caliste allegedly attempted to enter an R-rated movie at AMC Dothan Pavilion 12 but was denied when he couldn’t provide identification. After being turned away, investigators say Caliste allegedly pulled out a firearm and fired shots, striking an unoccupied building in the parking lot.
No injuries were reported. Caliste has been arrested and charged with discharging a firearm into an unoccupied building.
The investigation is ongoing.
