– The Dale County Sheriff’s Office is reeling in excitement as it prepares to host its annual Youth Fishing Rodeo on Friday, June 14, 2025. The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Dale Medical Center’s Surgery Center pond on East Roy Parker Road.
Open to children ages 15 and younger, the rodeo promises a morning of fun and friendly competition. Prizes will be awarded for both the biggest fish and the most fish caught.
Sheriff Mason Bynum will host the event, which aims to give local youth a safe and enjoyable outdoor activity to kick off the summer.
