DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) – A raffle fundraiser is underway in Dothan to support the Southeast Intervention Group, better known as the Herring Houses of Dothan.
Sponsored by Water World and Libby Lu’s, the raffle features a grand prize package valued at over $250. The winner will receive a variety of summer-themed items including a “Hey Y’all” door sign from Libby Lu’s, eight tickets to Water World, a Water World cooler, sunglasses, tumbler, Water World merchandise, a sun hat, and a candle.
Tickets are available for $10 each or $25 for three. The winner will be announced on June 16, 2025.
Those interested in purchasing raffle tickets can do so at 101 N. Herring Street with cash or by contacting Amy at 334-258-3187 for credit card payments. Herring House employees are also available for ticket purchases.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Herring Houses, which provide residential substance abuse treatment services for men and women across the Wiregrass.
