(WDNews) – Crimson Tide Fans have something to be excited about. A new documentary exploring the history of Alabama football and its legendary coaches is scheduled to premiere July 31 in Enterprise and Dothan.
Titled “Nothing But a Winner” the Alabama Football Story, film focuses on the careers and influence of Paul “Bear” Bryant and Nick Saban, two of the most well-known figures in college football.
According to promotional materials, the documentary will highlight key moments in Alabama football history, including player experiences during the program’s integration and the development of leadership under both coaches.
The film is set to be shown in select cities across Alabama, including locations in the Wiregrass region.
Nothing But a Winner
is not affiliated with the University of Alabama but was produced independently to document the cultural and athletic impact of the program’s infinite success.
Local theaters are expected to begin showing the film July 31. Check with individual theater listings for times and ticket availability.
