FT. NOVOSEL, AL. (WDNews) During this Friday’s Bowling for School Supplies event at The Flightline, families at Ft. Novosel may start the new school year with a strike.
Children ages 5 to 13 in Kindergarten through 8th grade are welcome to attend the event, which takes place on August 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. A backpack full of school supplies will be given away to children who bowl at least one game while renting shoes.
The winners are not need to be present when the drawing is held at 5:30 p.m. Children can only participate if their parents or guardians are present. Other kid bowling offers cannot be combined with this promotion.
There will be four winners chosen in total:

The event’s goal, according to its organizers, is to assist families in getting ready for the school year in a fun and encouraging way. For extra enjoyment, bowling will also have colorful pins.
