Red, White & Boom: Rehobeth’s Patriotic Bash Returns June 28

REHOBETH, AL (WDNews) On Saturday, June 28, the 6th Annual Red, White & Boom Independence Day celebration will take place, offering a full day of entertainment, including food, music, fireworks, and fun.

Rehobeth High School Stadium will open its gates at 3 p.m., and admission is free for anyone who donates a canned product to support the Southeast Alabama Baptist Association. In addition to a special guest appearance shortly before the fireworks, the evening will include live performances by Ashley Walls, Crews Wright, and headliner JonBoy Storey.

Food trucks and retail businesses are available for families to enjoy. From 2 to 7 p.m., helicopter rides (pre-sold only) will be available close to the fire station.

There will also be cool tents, a VIP lounge, and covered seating spaces.

Participants are reminded by the event planners that fireworks start on time at 9:05 p.m. There are parking spaces for VIPs and those with disabilities close to the South Park entrance and off Malvern Road.
