U.S. Issues Worldwide Security Alert for Americans Abroad Amid Israel-Iran Conflict

(WDNews) On June 22, 2025, the U.S. Department of State issued a Worldwide Caution Security Alert, warning Americans living or traveling overseas to be especially cautious because of the ongoing Middle East conflict.

The advisory states that transport has been disrupted and airspace has been periodically closed throughout the region due to the worsening situation between Israel and Iran. The State Department cautions that protests against American interests abroad and American individuals are also possible.
