– Two women-led businesses are coming together next week to give back to the Dothan community with a free lunch event for local children in need.
Chefkym and Missy Mae’s Snack Shack will host a special community outreach on Tuesday, June 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1188 N. Range St. in Dothan. The event aims to provide a hot lunch and refreshing treats to kids in the area.
Chefkym will prepare and serve a full lunch, while Missy Mae’s Snack Shack will offer cold snacks to help guests cool off during the summer heat.
Organizers say the event is about more than food—it’s about community connection and support. Both businesses are locally owned and operated by women entrepreneurs committed to making a difference in Dothan.
