The arrest followed a traffic stop and home search conducted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and the ALEA State Bureau of Investigation’s Region B Drug Task Force.

The operation unfolded at a residence in the 1000 block of S. Brannon Stand Road. Authorities say the search led to the discovery of fentanyl, and all three suspects were taken into custody on trafficking charges.

All three face one count of trafficking fentanyl, a charge that carries significant penalties in Alabama due to the drug’s deadly potency and increasing impact across the state.
