(WDNews) ENTERPRISE, AL A 6-year-old child reportedly drowned Friday afternoon in Enterprise and died as a result.
When Enterprise 911 received a call of a child drowning in a pool at approximately 4:04 p.m., emergency personnel were sent to a residence at 200 Heron Creek Drive.
Responding to the situation were Enterprise Police, Enterprise Rescue, and Enterprise Fire-Rescue. First responders tried to save the child’s life, but it was unsuccessful.
According to reports, the event is being looked into by Coffee County Coroner Arnold Woodham and Enterprise Police. There are currently no new details available.
