An old acquaintance of the fans of the EintrachtFrankfurt was at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium in Seville as guest for the Europa League Grand Final and with enough love it was received. We refer to Marco Fabian de la Morawho played with the Germans between 2006 and 2009, and with whom he won a German Cup against the supposedly “invincible” Bayern Munich.
The two-time World Cup player with Mexico did not hesitate to classify Eintracht fans as “the best on the planet”leaving aside Chivas, the club in which he debuted and from where he made the leap to Europe.
“What I lived will remain for history, I will tell it all my life and now seeing the people of Eintracht supporting, honestly it gives me goosebumps (…) The group is very important, I speak with several of them often and I know that they are a great family, that is why the results come when they are so united”, he spoke prior to the Final with Fox Sports.
“There are no words, see how they support. It is the best fans in Europe and everywhereThey are impressive for everything I lived with them, they are very important for the club”.
Thrilled by so many memories with the Eagles, Marco thanked for the opportunity to be present at a match in which the Eintracht seeks its second continental title, after having obtained the UEFA Intertoto Cup in the distant 1967.
