Video of huge turbulence during race to Barcelona goes viral

The pilot captured the moment he was caught in huge turbulence while flying to Barcelona, ​​and the video posted on TikTok quickly went viral.

Australian pilot and reality TV star Jimmy Nicholson said he experienced the worst turbulence on the plane, but says there is nothing to worry about in such situations.

He was traveling with his new wife to Barcelona for their honeymoon and they were sitting in the back seat of the plane when the turbulence started.

“We are behind the plane, it is worse here. There can be large-scale storms, so pilots need to take the path of least resistance,” Jimmy said, reminding his wife that everything is “perfectly normal.”

“You have nothing to worry about. Airplanes are designed to withstand much more difficult situations, ”he reassures his wife, frozen with fear, in the filmed clip.

Jimmy also assured people that the planes “wouldn’t fall out of the sky” in turbulent conditions. He also suggested a water bottle trick that “didn’t budge much”.

His video has amassed over 10 million views in two days.
