In the late hours of Wednesday, emergency teams were dispatched to Hampshire Township, Illinois, which is located a significant distance northwest of Chicago.
In an area that was dominated by cornfields to the west of the village of Hampshire, the collision took place on Route 72 close to Engel Road.
It appears that the collision caused significant damage to two different vehicles.
We did not know how many persons had been injured as of the early late hours of Wednesday.
