– Trace Watson is running for Place 5 on the Cowarts Town Council and says he wants to bring more transparency and improve local roads.
Watson grew up near Cowarts and moved into the city with his wife and daughter in 2024. He said he’s proud to raise his family in the community where he was raised.
If elected, Watson said he will keep residents informed, listen to public input, and work with Houston County to fix dirt roads in the city.
He’s asking for support ahead of the August 26 election and says yard signs will be available soon.
