“Blue moon is a layman’s term referring to the second full moon that occurs in the same month. The peak of the first full moon falls on August 2 at 2:32 WIB. The blue moon phenomenon itself is not a rare occurrence. Astronomically, this phenomenon occurs every two to three years. The last time a blue moon appeared was in August 2021, and the next one is expected again in August 2024.
