PARIS, July 24 (Reuters) – Shares to be listed on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe on Monday:
* RYANAIR RYA.I on Monday reported an after-tax profit for the three months to June of €663m, well above pre-COVID-19 levels. The airline group, however, lowered its forecast for growth in the number of passengers carried this year due to a delay in deliveries of Boeing BA.N.
*According to industry sources, AIRBUS AIR.PA has experienced a range reduction for its next jetliner, the A321XLR, after reaching an agreement with European regulators on the safety features required for certification.
* On Friday, ACCOR ACCP.PA announced the start of negotiations to acquire a 63% stake in Potel & Chatbot, owned by Andera Partners and other investors.
* STELLANTIS STLAM.MI and Samsung SDI 006400.KS announced on Monday plans to open a second EV battery joint venture in the US, expected to begin production in 2027.
* MERCEDES-BENZ MBGn.DE puts China, the world’s largest automotive market, at the center of its EV strategic plan for 2025, company CEO Ola Kallenius told German magazine Automobilwoche.
* PHILIPS PHG.AS announced on Monday that it has produced about 99% of new respirators to replace recalled models. The Dutch group also raised its guidance for this year after quarterly earnings beat expectations.

VOD.L announced on Monday that it recorded a 3.7% increase in its turnover in the first quarter, thanks to strong results in the UK and recovery in Germany, Italy and Spain.
* ADIDAS ADSGn.DE has received more than 508 million euros in orders for four million pairs of unsold Yeezy shoes, exceeding the sports equipment maker’s “best guess”, the Financial Times reported on Monday.
* JULIUS BAER BAER.S on Monday reported an 18% increase in net income for the first half of the year, as well as an increase in assets under management of the bank.
* On Monday, ROCHE ROG.S announced a partnership with US biopharmaceutical company Alnylam to jointly develop and market zilebesiran, a drug for the treatment of hypertension in patients at high cardiovascular risk.
* PLASTIC OMNIUM PLOF.PA announced on Monday that its first half EBITDA reached 463 million euros. The group also reaffirmed all of its yearly targets.
