Social Welfare approves another OPE with the main focus on nursing

The Foral Institute of Social Welfare (IFBS) launches a new OPE with 27 seats. This OPE is launched for 7 categories and “makes the most of the legally established replacement rate”, according to the Provincial Council in a note.

The places of the OPE approved today, are distributed as follows:

  • 13 nursing.
  • 5 responsible for occupational center, and floor and housing for people with disabilities.
  • 2 of General Administration technician.
  • 2 sociologist.
  • 2 technical/medium staff.
  • 2 kitchen assistant.
  • 1 technique/or means of contracting.

Of the total of 27 places, 24 will be for free access and the remaining three through the internal promotion system. Three places are reserved for people with disabilities and 16 will have a mandatory Basque language profile.

The selective tests of the OPE 2022 will be carried out jointly with those of previous calls. Specifically, part of the OPE of 2019 and 2020, as well as the call for 2021, which were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and the extraordinary procedure for stabilization of public employment.

On the other hand, in the first half of 2023 the IFBS will also open the period for submitting applications for the 233 places that will be assigned through competition, within the process of stabilization of personnel.

This is the seventh IFBS public employment offer that the Álava Provincial Council has approved in recent years. The objective: “Renew the workforce and stabilize employmentwhich has meant the call for a total of 547 places in different categories since 2016″, recalls the Provincial Council of Álava.

OPE of Osakidetza

This announcement is made precisely on the day on which the specific bases of the great OPE of the next year 2023: that of Osakidetza. With more than 7,600 seats, it will be the meeting point for tens of thousands of applicants at the end of next year.
