A 32-year-old pregnant woman was struck and dragged to death by an SUV after getting into a late-night Brooklyn fender dispute with the hit-and-run driver, who is still at large, authorities said Sunday.

Tiffany Cifuni, the unfortunate motorist, allegedly stepped out of her 2021 Toyota 4Runner to inspect for damage after a minor incident with a 2016 Chevy Trax near Van Buren Street and Marcus Garvey Boulevard soon before midnight Saturday, according to police.

That’s when investigators say the Trax driver gunned it and hit Cifuni from behind, dragging her before speeding away against traffic on Lafayette Avenue, a one-way street, according to an NYPD spokesperson.

But the driver’s spree wasn’t over; police said the Chevy hit a parked Volkswagen SUV while attempting to flee, then collided with a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 38-year-old woman.
The enraged driver then got out and fled on foot, leaving behind the Chevy with temporary plates.

Police arrived at the site after receiving a 911 call and discovered Cifuni, of Long Island, unresponsive.

She was transferred to Kings County Hospital and pronounced dead, according to authorities. Her sad in-laws told ABC7 that Cifuni was in her first trimester and had just informed them that she and her husband James were expecting their first child two weeks ago.

According to the publication, the expectant mother was slain while returning home from a Beyoncé event at MetLife Stadium.

The driver of the Grand Cherokee was not critically injured in the incident.

The driver of the Chevy Trax is still on the loose, according to authorities.
