Following the discovery of a person inside a burning vehicle located south of Pueblo, the Colorado Bureau of inquiry said on Monday that they had begun an inquiry into the death of the individual.
In the early morning hours, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) got a complaint that an automobile was completely engulfed in flames on the west side of the frontage road parallel to Interstate 25 (I-25), close to mile marker 92.
Following the extinguishment of the fire by the Pueblo Fire Department, the CBI reported that firemen discovered the body inside the vehicle. The fire department had responded to the scene to put out the fire.
There were two agencies that came to the scene: the Colorado State Patrol and the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control.
The CBI has stated that they have seized control of the investigation and are attempting to gain further insight into what took place.
