LA Galaxy striker Javier “Chicharito” Hernández has been in the midst of controversy after a video went viral where he allegedly refused to take a photo with a small fan and another where he threw the Mexican flag.
The accusations reached the ears of his partner, the Ecuadorian Nicole McPherson, who came out in defense of the former Chivas Rayadas del Guadalajara striker.

Through his official Instagram account, McPherson shared a message in which he assured that the videos are out of context and where he asked that they end the hate against Javier Chicharito Hernández.

“It’s so easy nowadays to watch a video that was edited to only show a small part of an entire movie, easily and thoughtlessly,” McPherson shared on his Instagram.
“Photos or videos out of context are a very strong source of visual misinformation. Is it really necessary to go that far? To cancel with ‘hate’ anything that expresses a contrary idea is as reprehensible as the criticized message. Remember that behind of each user there is a human being. That person you follow and admire and seem tireless is a human being, “he added.
