Kylian Mbappé, with 56 goals between his performances for Paris Saint Germain and the French National Team, has ended 2022 as the top scorer in European football.

Mbappé, who was proclaimed world runner-up in Qatar 2022, has surpassed Norwegian Erling Haaland by ten goals, who has scored 46 with the last one added this Saturday, between Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City and his team.

Mbappé has scored 56 goals in all competitions for club and country, including five hat-tricks and eight penalties. Haaland trailed the Frenchman by 11 goals after playing 13 fewer games, despite the Norwegian averaging more than one goal per game in 2022.
