Jorge Sánchez will travel this weekend to the Netherlands to stamp his signature on the contract that will link him to Ajax until 2027
The directives of America Y Ajax reached an agreement this Friday so that the Mexican side Jorge Sanchez arrive at Dutch soccer and join Edson Álvarez, since the only thing left is for the Coahuilense to stamp his signature on the contract that will bind him for the next five years with the European club.
America sent a counteroffer to Ajax in which they asked for an economic improvement and to keep at least 20 percent of the player’s letter in case of a future sale and the team accepted. The negotiation is around 5 million dollars for a contract until 2027 and could amount to 500 thousand euros in bonuses.
After completing his transfer to European football, Jorge Sanchez will travel this weekend to the Netherlands and it is expected that he will not be contemplated by Fernando Ortiz for the duel between America and FC Juárez this Sunday at the Azteca Stadium.
The Mexican will say goodbye to his teammates in Coapa this Friday, since they expect him to arrive in the Netherlands next Monday to carry out physical and medical tests, and later be announced as a new player of the Ajax.
