LOUISVILLE, Ky. – When a collision involving three vehicles occurred on Friday morning, the Clark Memorial Bridge was closed for more than an hour.
The accident was reported to MetroSafe at 9:48 in the morning, according to a supervisor. These automobiles included a Mercedes, a Chevrolet Silverado, and a Ford Bronco, according to a release issued by the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Four individuals sustained injuries. None of the injuries were considered to be significant by the police.
Multiple first responders were seen at the foot of the bridge, as seen by a TRIMARC camera located in the downtown area of Louisville.
The closure of both directions of traffic lasted until approximately eleven in the morning, when all lanes were restored.
